Thanks Hannes, as discussed, I need to continue enforcing the regime of
deopt on
transition feedback change. This was being done with an old-fashioned map
check
after the runtime array literal creation call.
* I replaced that with dependency registration.
* Refactoring AllocationSite dependency functions.
* Eliminated an out-of-date TODO comment.
