New issue 3714 by [email protected]: JSON.parse({a:0111}) gives output
as {"a":73} Which is not correct.

Hi,
I am passing a json string as {a:0123} any number starting from 0 will be
changed to some other number when it is parsed. It is happening in all the
JSON engine. Can any one please help me in resolving this issue.
