Just don't take this as invalidation of the design. The IC in ember style
super only becomes slow when used for more than one method/receiver. Hence
in 'regular code', not such simple micro benchmarks. Especially if mixed
with array receivers. With es6 style super we know the intent at the site
of using super, not in some random closure. We'll be able to optimize much
better with much less effort and memory overhead.
