New issue 476 by [email protected]: Optimize CanvasPixelArray and other  
CanvasArrays on ARM platform

The optimizations done for CanvasPixelArrays and the new CanvasArray types
being introduced in the WebGL spec (CanvasFloatArray, etc.) should be
optimized on the ARM platform as is being done on ia32 and x64.
