I noticed that there are some non-standard intl methods:
new Intl.NumberFormat().resolved.pattern
new Intl.DateTimeFormat().resolved.pattern
new Intl.DateTimeFormat().v8Parse
Intl.v8BreakIterator
It would be great to have these under a special flag.
