I was actually surprised that Internalize() doesn't call
HandleSourceURLComments, and I was wondering why.. probably the reason is
that
we only HandleSourceURLComments when doing ParseProgram, not when doing
e.g.,
ParseLazy, so, I think this is the correct fix.
