JSON.parse does not set the [[Prototype]]. It creates own data properties.
JSON is not relevant to this bug.
"__proto__" and __proto__ in object literals are treated identical. See
http://people.mozilla.org/~jorendorff/es6-draft.html#sec-__proto__-property-names-in-object-initializers
