@1: v8::Object::GetOwnPropertyNames() is at odds with
Object.getOwnPropertyNames(); the former skips over DONT_ENUM properties,
the latter doesn't. It seems like an unequivocal bug to me.
There are no tests for this particular behavior that I could find. I wager
it's unintentional.
