I think this is related to how NaN elements are represented in an Array.
For instance, other iterables will work as expected
```
new Map((new Map).set(NaN, 1).set(NaN, 2)).get(NaN) // 2
new Map((new Map).set(NaN, 1).set(NaN, 2)).size // 1
new Set((new Set).add(NaN).add(NaN)).size // 1
function* NaNEntries() { yield [NaN, 1]; yield [NaN, 2]; yield [NaN, 3]; }
function* NaNValues() { yield NaN; yield NaN; yield NaN; }
new Map(NaNEntries()).size // 1
new Map(NaNEntries()).get(NaN) // 3
new Set(NaNValues()).size // 1
new Set(NaNValues()).has(NaN) // true
```
