It appears that v8 guys think that fmod is good for using floating-point modulo operation in general case. yes, I agree in some degree. And then, for developer 'somewhat interpreted too much into the spec', v8 unit test cases shuld be considering these corner cases.

What about these solutions?. Let me know how that your opinions are.
#1. checking limited range of floating point precision
#2. passing the test case on both fmod and that formula
