Update done during clean-up of the issue tracker.
Constructs like these are not perfectly 'legal'. Persistent can only be
created empty out of another Peristent or a Local+Isolate combo.
Additionally a lot of changes have been done to the API since the report of
this issue. If you still have this problem feel free to reopen the issue.
