Cell and PropertyCell have different instance types, but PropertyCell
derives from Cell.
Assume we have property_cell, which points to a PropertyCell.
Then the result of the following code might be not what a programmer
expects:
Cell* cell = property_cell;
cell->IsCell(); // false
