Chrome 39 (no clue which V8 version that is)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. paste 'Date.parse("2013-01-18 21:00:00+01:00")' in JS console
What is the expected output?
NaN (which is what Firefox and Safari returns and I believe is what the
spec says as well)
What do you see instead?
1358539200000
