Is there are open issue regarding the stack-allocation of `let` and
`const`? I searched through the issues here but failed to find anything.
In a nutshell, `let` and `const` are not stack-allocated at the moment and
are therefore extremely slow when compared to `var`, approximately 30 times
slower.
