The fast-case for a single argument does not invoke ToString() on the
argument, which yields an incorrect result according to the spec.
var O = {
toString() { return "O"; }
valueOf() { return "-O-"; }
};
"".concat(O) // should be "O", but is "-O-"
"".concat(O, O) // is always "OO"
