We don't have special call ICs anymore that try to optimize push (we don't have special call ICs anymore beyond "new Array()"). We just have a C++ builtin, and we inline a.push(single_element) as a[length] = single_element. Given that it's trivial to rewrite a.push(x, y) as a.push(x); a.push(y); on the client side, this is pretty low priority. Trying to optimize multiple-argument push beyond the builtin should probably be deferred to Turbofan.
