New issue 4010 by [email protected]: Harmony sloppy classes uses wrong error on duplicate declarations
https://code.google.com/p/v8/issues/detail?id=4010

$ out/x64.release/d8 --harmony_sloppy -e "class C {}; class C {}"
unnamed:1: TypeError: Identifier 'C' has already been declared
class C {}; class C {}
            ^
TypeError: Identifier 'C' has already been declared
    at unnamed:1:13

This should be a SyntaxError (just like it is in strict mode).
