With --eliminate-prototype-chain-checks turned on, we have a bunch of
WeakFixedArray that end up in the context snapshot. This means that we
serialize about 540 WeakCells, of which half of them are already cleared.
Todos:
1) Canonicalize cleared WeakCells during serialization.
2) Compact WeakFixedArrays referenced by PrototypeInfos during
serialization.
The question is whether it makes sense to do both during GC generally,
instead of only when creating the snapshot.
