Spoke with vegorov on twitter about this
(https://twitter.com/trevnorris/status/593552051906326530) and he pointed
out that it's because the call to super() doesn't allow the constructor to
be optimized. So it seems that this issue isn't actually one.
As for optimizing classes that use "extends", is that already on the
roadmap?
