possible to get the map/instance_type and skip the neuter check
instruction?

seems like the instance_type is used elsewhere in the file, but I can't
see
how
to get the map from the values available in
BuildUncheckedMonomorphicElementAccess for example.
I do not think we have to worry about hydrogen because the main use case for
SABs is asm.js and all asm.js code is executed by turbofan.
We do have to worry about turbofan and this is where things become
interesting.
