There is one more problem which I'm working on.
In the following case:
var o = {
m() {
eval('super.toString')
}
};
o.m();
the code might get optimized by Crankshaft and TurboFan so when we hit the
super in the eval we deopt but at that point the local bindings for
this_function (or home_object) is not available. I'm going to add code to
add the required bindings to both TF and CrankShaft.
