The main reason why fast.js is faster is that they are skipping edge cases
which we cannot skip and still be spec compliant.
One simple example is to compare the implementation of map and
Array.prototype.map:

You'll quickly see that the version fast.js is using does not check
HasProperty which currently is slow in V8. See bug
