Seems like I need to at least expose Map.prototype.set and
Set.prototype.add to properly support the way deserialization works in
Blink (in particular, they're required to support Maps and Sets that
contain themselves).
Curious for opinions: should I continue just exposing the minimum
necessary, or should I expose the full set of methods? Each method exposed
will require a native context slot to hold the appropriate method
(implemented in collection.js).
