What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run in d8
d8> function f() { "use strict"; eval => {} }
d8> function f() { "use strict"; arguments => {} }

What is the expected output?
- Error message should include "eval" / "arguments" instead of "token undefined"

What do you see instead?
- SyntaxError: Unexpected token undefined
