I don't really understand this bug tbh.  Is it not equivalent to:

  var obj = {}
  with (obj) (function(){return this})()

If I add prints to the example program, I do see that the getter is being called, and that the returned function is being invoked as eval(), but it seems to me that the "this" binding of the eval call is correctly being passed as the global object.
