Sorry, missing context:
if this is running on bots, then usually you can get infra repository
checked out (if not already there). Infra repo already has all the tools
necessary to add a new python package with cross-platform support (win,
linux, mac) x (32, 64) (but not Mac32, of course). Then all that has to be
done is changing PythonPath as infra/bootstrap/env.py outputs.
