this is (I think) the same problem we had when @@toStringTag was shipped
before, re: problems wrt `toString.call(someOtherOriginObject)`, so it
applies to a lot of the well-known symbols (and all of the
Get(x, "constructor")` lines in the spec (for Promise, @@Species, etc).
Lots of cases where you could potentially run into code that throws for
objects from a cross-origin realm.
