I put the test case in test-macro-assembler-mips rather than
test-run-machops/RunSwitch..., as the failure mode is very mips-specific.

Description:
MIPS: Fix BlockTrampolinePoolFor() to emit trampoline before blocking, if
needed.
Fixes possible failure in AssembleArchTableSwitch().
