Failing is the correct behaviour as per the ES6 Specification. For example,
[Promise.reject](http://www.ecma-international.org/ecma-262/6.0/#sec-promise.reject)
says that,
NOTE The reject function expects its this value to be a constructor
function that supports the parameter conventions of the Promise constructor.
