New issue 4310 by [email protected]: 64 bit performace is slower than 32
bit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build 64bit and 32 bit v8 library
2. run benchmarks (i.e v8,octane,kraken etc)
3. performance degradation
What is the expected output?
Performance should be equal to 32 bit
What do you see instead?
5-10% degradation on scores.
chrome 44(64bit) chrome 44(32bit)
v8 benchmark (6700) 7050 (approx 5% degradation)
kraken (7100) 6620 (approx 7% degradation)
octane also has 8% degradation.
