Thanks for this bug report. The proto chain issue is tracked by
https://code.google.com/p/v8/issues/detail?id=4085 . Part of that was
blocking on new.target, which is still in staging. The properties were a
simple mistake which should be easy to fix.
Is this blocking your work? I was thinking of fixing these TypedArray
compliance issues around the 47 timeframe rather than 46 so I could focus
on sloppy mode for now.
