Well, leaving in the builtin makes some complexity, since we have to check
whether there is a Symbol.isConcatSpreadable property anywhere in the proto
chain without actually [[Get]]ing it. Doing this efficiently will be tricky.
I'm going to continue this task a bit later. First thing I'll do is write
some microbenchmarks and see if the builtin is still giving us a speedup.
Then, if it is, I'll see if I can make an optimized way of checking for
isConcatSpreadable, and use the benchmark to verify that it's not too bad.
But this is an involved job, and isConcatSpreadable is not the highest
priority.
