This will throw an exception on a receiver of undefined/null. See
http://www.ecma-international.org/ecma-262/6.0/#sec-string.prototype-@@iterator .
Tested in test262:
built-ins/String/prototype/Symbol.iterator/this-val-non-obj-coercible
