New issue 4371 by [email protected]: ES6 says TypedArrays should throw when seting out-of-bounds indexed properties in strict mode
https://code.google.com/p/v8/issues/detail?id=4371

The spec is a bit hard to untangle here, but the basics of it are that TypedArrays (that is, Integer Indexed Exotic Objects) override [[Set]] in such a way that it returns false for out-of-bounds properties, which causes the Set abstract operation to throw in strict mode.

Note that like issue 4082, it seems this is another case where ES6 diverges from the actual implementations regarding throwing. At least Firefox doesn't throw in this case.
