V8 gives early errors for the following cases:
- Assignment
- Prefix and postfix increment/decrement operators
- LHS of for loop "in" or "of" (though I think we trigger a ReferenceError
for this instead of a SyntaxError as specced)
I think we're basically compliant with the spec (modulo the last bit of the
last bullet, which I've filed as issue 4373).
