Example:
GYP_GENERATORS=ninja GYP_DEFINES="v8_target_arch=x64 target_arch=x64"
gclient runhooks
ninja -C out/Release -j1000
tools/run-tests.py --mode Release --arch x64 --buildbot
I think the --arch-and-mode shortcut might not work together with
--buildbot.
