String.prototype.startsWith is slow

Please note that the semantics of startsWith/indexOf/lastIndexOf are
completely different to slice/etc. The first group is doing a search. The
second essentially array operations. You can't compare them with each other.
Nevertheless it is interesting that indexOf performance is better than
startsWith.
