Impact: This change has no impact on non nvidia SoC based devices. This
change has no performance impact for Nexus 9 and no impact on any other
existing nvidia devices.
Critical: This fix is very critical for the bringup of Nvidia future denver
based SoC and the merge to V45 will unblock the execution.
Hence may I kindly request to approve the merge request for next chrome
release M45
Request to add "-Merge-Request-45" label to this issue. I could not find an
option to do it by myself.
