Unfortunately I didn't put in proper tests for the bookmarks. Sorry.
Bookmarking may fail (for any reason), so just not bookmarking is fine. The
only
use-case for the bookmarking is re-deciding whether to eager/lazy-parse a
function and as I read the code I wouldn't expect next_next_ to ever have a
value in that case.
