This is pretty straightforwardly-broken:
ParseArrayLiteral/ParseObjectLiteral use
function_state_->NextMaterializedLiteral(), and have no idea they're inside
a parameter list.
Wonder if the right solution is to be "lazier" about function parsing and
use the PreParser to parse the parameter list as well.
