A mirror of the test262 repository is now pinned in the V8 DEPS file ( https://codereview.chromium.org/1396803002/). The download logic in the test runner is deprecated.
The tests will update whenever you 'gclient sync'. If you face space problems, you can opt out by setting a custom deps in your .gclient file like "v8/test/test262/data": None.
