I am reading the OSR runtime function *Runtime_CompileForOnStackReplacement*
and noticed "TurboFanned OSR code cannot be installed into the function"
but "Crankshafted OSR code can be installed into the function". I am
wondering why. Compiling the function an extra time could hurt the
performance. In fact, I am seeing better performance with my test using
"--noturbo-osr", which makes me thinking if some tuning can be done on OSR.
Also, what are the differences in code TurboFanned for OSR and non-OSR?

Thanks,
Deon
