Emm, if we speak about JavaScript - everyone. Any browser, any project that uses JavaScript, runs in that situations everyday. If ingeneer see, that here he can control memory, using some freeVar() function, if can't.. so GC will solve that next time. It's a perferct, when you can fully decide free or not free variables, if not garbage collector will free it. No memory leaks ans in the same time RAM usage not so huge. The same thing also good for web-browsers.
