Hi! V8 is switching to GN <https://www.chromium.org/developers/gn-build-configuration> - Chrome's new meta-build system replacing GYP.
Please start using the new workflow for building <https://github.com/v8/v8/wiki/Building-with-GN#building> and testing <https://github.com/v8/v8/wiki/Building-with-GN#testing> or whatever you like that is not using GYP anymore. We'll still maintain GYP for a while longer, but be aware that some platforms and configurations can break anytime now. Current status: The automated build and test infrastructure for V8 stand-alone has switched to gn except for... ... mipsel/mip64el: TBD in a few days ... arm cross compile: TBD in a few days ...
