The 4.5 branch is outdated and unsupported. We do not test it any more, and will not merge fixes to it. You'll have to apply the fix locally yourself if you really depend on 4.5. Even better, update to a (much) more recent version (6.2 is a good choice right now, see https://gist.github.com/domenic/aca7774a5d94156bfcc1).
Also, the spread operator is not available on the 4.5 branch by default; you'd have to turn it on via a flag. As with any flag for incomplete features, if you decide to do that, you're on your own.
