If you build with GN, you can ignore this email. I am about to land the change <https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/v8/v8/+/876122> to break building with make. This change can be reverted locally to restore building with make. The purpose is to give early warning to developers still relying on make to build V8 before we continue with removing the Makefile. Please use GN to build V8 <https://github.com/v8/v8/wiki/Building-with-GN> instead.
