I've looked into it a little bit, but can't understand how it could have happened with our current recipe code. Does this still happen? If not, then I'd just ignore this one-off, otherwise please file a bug <https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/entry?components=Infra>Client>V8&comment=&labels=Pri-2> and we'll look into it.
