Hi Vittal, This is more a chromium than a V8 question (V8 caches whatever you tell it to via the API). In chromium, I don't believe there's a flag for setting the service worker behaviour specifically, but there is a flag for disabling code caching entirely: --v8-cache-options=none
Otherwise, you'll want to make code changes and recompile, I think this is the value you have to change: https://source.chromium.org/chromium/chromium/src/+/master:third_party/blink/renderer/modules/exported/web_embedded_worker_impl.cc;l=224;drc=84cf85ac759fedf96ddd050b88e4d8759a9054c4 - Leszek On Tue, Sep 29, 2020 at 9:05 PM Vittal Pai <[email protected]> wrote: > Is there a supported way of achieving this? > > ByteCode caching is great for speed ups it helps with.
