New issue 695 by thinker.li: Can not build d8 target for FreeBSD

scons d8 would complain some errors. One for waitid that is not defined by
FreeBSD. Another one is for libexecinfo, that should be linked, but it is
absence for d8 target for FreeBSD. A patch is attached to build v8 engine
successfully for FreeBSD.
