Is the problem with the MD5 hash showing up on 64-bit builds, or just on 32-bit? I think we can fix the problem on 64-bit versions of V8. It should also work correctly on ARM machines. So switching to 64-bit or to ARM should fix it. You might also try building a version without snapshotting.
